Black Mountain Ranches
Black Mountain Ranches Owners Association is made up of 100 property lots located in Park County Colorado south of Fairplay. Homesites are 35+acres, located at an altitude of ~ 9600 feet and covers approximately 2,300 acres, which are surrounded by Black Mountain, Buffalo Peaks, and the Mosquito range. The area is home to abundant wildlife and stunning scenery, with first-rate hiking, fishing, and hunting. Additionally, Breckenridge and Monarch ski areas are within an hour drive.
